Stress Management Schedule:
- Morning Yoga : 7:00 to 8:30 am
Indulge yourself in the morning session of yoga and pranayam to help reduce anxiety and stress level in your mind.
- Morning Mantras : 15 Mins.
Followed by yoga the healing sounds of the mantras from the ancient Indian text, bring the flow of unity inside the body.
- Breakfast : 9:00 to 10:30 am
Treat yourself with the exotic flavours from Indian kitchen.
- Fitness Training Session : 11:30 to 12:30 pm
A “gym without gym” session to accelerate your physical strength and giving it a harmonising effect with the mind. The work outs boost the muscular power and work as well on the joints.
- Lunch : 1:00 to 2:00 pm
A food designed under the strict guidance of Ayurveda to promote the health inside.
- Recovery Programme : 2:30 pm to 3:15 pm

Crystals hold a part of universal energies. And their placement at the different sites of energy channels works effective to balance the chakras and restore its natural balance to promote its healing effects in the body.
- Chanting Class : (Optional)
With the choice of mantra to promote abundance and prosperity in the life, chanting is enjoyed with the traditional Indian musical instruments.
