Obesity is a worldwide problem and it has a negative impact on our mental status. To have a dream figure is every individual’s dream. This retreat will include two hours of yogic exercises in the morning and one hour of meditation session in the evening for mental relaxation and mental training for mindful eating. Then it will include two hours of daily Ayurvedic Panchkarma therapies as decided by our doctors as per individual’s consultation. During the weight loss retreat person will be provided diet according to his or her body type to help him to reduce weight effectively.
